Repurposing amiodarone as a targeted SIRT3 activator that induces autophagic/mitophagic cell death in acute myelocytic leukemia

We made a RNAseq in HL-60 cells to measure the changes in global transcript levels in HL-60 cells after amiodarone treatment. HL-60 cells were analyzed by RNAseq in the presence or absence of 10 μM amiodarone for 24 h.
