Repurposing amiodarone as a targeted SIRT3 activator that induces autophagic/mitophagic cell death in acute myelocytic leukemia

We made a RNAseq in HL-60 cells to measure the changes in global transcript levels in HL-60 cells after amiodarone treatment. HL-60 cells were analyzed by RNAseq in the presence or absence of 10 μM amiodarone for 24 h.本研究针对HL-60细胞开展RNA测序（RNAseq）实验，以检测胺碘酮处理后该细胞内全局转录本水平的变化。将HL-60细胞分别置于含10 μM胺碘酮与不含胺碘酮的条件下培养24小时后，采用RNA测序对其进行分析。
