Proteomic profiling comparison for plasma from patients with acute ischemic stroke under rt-PA treatment

In this study, a total of 10 patients who received rt-PA were enrolled. Plasma samples were collected before and 1 hour after the rt-PA infusion for proteomic analysis. Blood sample collection has been approved by Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Ethics Committee, and collection was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and all experiments were conducted in accordance with Chinese laws and institutional guidelines.

本研究共纳入10名接受重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（rt-PA）治疗的患者。在rt-PA输注前及输注后1小时分别采集血浆样本，用于蛋白质组学分析。血液样本采集工作已获得天津医科大学总医院伦理委员会批准，并严格按照《赫尔辛基宣言》开展。所有受试者均已签署知情同意书，所有实验均符合中国法律法规及机构指南要求。
