Internalization of Moral Identity in Reducing Fraudulent Intentions in Village Fund Management

This study aims to investigate the effect of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control on fraud intention in managing village funds. In addition, researchers also add the variable of moral identity internalization as a moderating variable, which aims to determine whether this variable is able to reduce the fraud intention of village fund management.

本研究旨在探究态度、主观规范与知觉行为控制对村级资金管理中舞弊意图的影响。此外，本研究还纳入道德认同内化作为调节变量，以检验该变量是否能够抑制村级资金管理中的舞弊意图。
