本数据集包含野生型小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（mouse embryonic fibroblast, MEF）以及携带Krüppel样因子4（Kruppel-like factor 4, Klf4）、性别决定区Y框蛋白2（Sex-determining region Y-box 2, Sox2）和八聚体结合转录因子4（Octamer-binding transcription factor 4, Oct4，合称KSO）的多西环素（Doxycycline, Dox）诱导型载体的继代小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞的组蛋白谱。实验整体设计：针对组蛋白H3赖氨酸4三甲基化（H3K4me3）、组蛋白H3赖氨酸27三甲基化（H3K27me3）以及组蛋白H3赖氨酸9三甲基化（H3K9me3）的染色质免疫共沉淀测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing, ChIP-Seq）数据。
