Flow cytometry data for immune cell (CD45 staining) quantification in mouse ovary

Raw cytometry files (.mqd) acquired using the MacsQuant Analyzer for quantifying CD45+ immune cells from mouse ovarian single-cell suspensions. Samples were collected from three distinct ovarian aging models: natural aging, VCD-induced and <i>Foxl2</i> haploinsufficiency. Sample information can be found in the metadata.
