本论文所使用的后验树样本（Posterior tree samples）包含两类数据集：其一为真实数据集RSV2，该数据集基于Lars Berling发布的《Taming the Beast》教程中的DS7数据集构建，附论文链接且已获得授权共享；其二为模拟得到的Yule100树（Yule100 trees），配套BEAST2格式的XML文件与真实系统发育树，共开展100次模拟，每次模拟设置2次重复运行。
