NRS-1740 | Head Office Consumer Claims Tribunal files

These are consumer complaints which have been registered at either a Court of Petty Sessions, or the Registrar of the Consumer Claims Tribunal for hearing by a tribunal. Complaints first lodged as Consumer complaints files may be later registered with the Tribunal. The function of the Tribunal is to hear consumer claims and where possible to settle disputes to the satisfaction of both parties or to otherwise make an order resolving the dispute.
