TS-enkäten 1999

This is the third study in a series of annual surveys on road safety conducted since 1981. The study is conducted by Statistics Sweden on behalf of the Swedish National Road Administration, which had the overall responsibility for road safety in Sweden in 1999. Today the study is conducted on behalf of the Swedish Transport Administration. The study aims to identify and analyse traffic safety statistics. This is done by a written questionnaire directed to a stratified sample of the population. The study from 1999 had a 71 percent response rate and a sample of 11 390 randomly selected people aged between 15 and 84 years. The questions in the study include, for example, traffic behaviour and traffic patterns; attitudes to road safety and traffic rules, the relation between alcohol and traffic and child safety in traffic. Both motor traffic, bicycle and foot traffic is concerned. A total of 24 questions are used, including descriptive questions, estimation questions and attitude questions. Purpose: The survey aims to identify and analyse traffic safety statistics.

本研究为1981年起启动的道路安全年度系列调查的第三项成果。该调查最初由瑞典统计局（Statistics Sweden）受瑞典国家道路管理局（Swedish National Road Administration）委托开展，该局于1999年全面承担瑞典国内道路安全的整体管理职责。如今该调查的委托方已变更为瑞典交通管理局（Swedish Transport Administration）。本调查旨在识别并分析道路交通安全统计数据，具体通过面向分层抽样人群发放书面问卷的方式实施。1999年的本次调查有效回收率达71%，样本量为11390名年龄介于15至84岁之间的随机抽取对象。问卷内容涵盖交通行为与出行模式、道路安全及交通法规态度、酒驾关联问题、道路出行儿童安全等主题，覆盖机动车、自行车骑行及步行三类交通场景。整套问卷共计24题，包含描述性问题、评估性问题与态度类问题三大类别。调查目的：识别并分析道路交通安全统计数据。
