Gonadal transcriptome data of Onychostoma macrolepis at different stages

This dataset is the raw transcriptome data of the gonads of Onychostoma macrolepis at different developmental stages. At 30 and 50 days after fertilization, the gonads of fish treated with low temperature (20 ℃) and high temperature (28 ℃) were collected. And three duplicate samples were collected at each time point. For the other four developmental stages (4 months old, 1 year old, 2 years old, and 4 years old) of O. macrolepis, after identification of gonadal phenotype, the tissues were used for transcriptome sequencing. For each developmental stage, three biological replicates were performed for each group.

本数据集为多鳞白甲鱼（Onychostoma macrolepis）不同发育阶段的性腺原始转录组数据。研究人员于受精后30天和50天，分别收集低温（20℃）与高温（28℃）处理组鱼类的性腺组织，且每个时间点均采集三份重复样本。针对多鳞白甲鱼的另外四个发育阶段（4月龄、1龄、2龄及4龄），在完成性腺表型鉴定后，取其性腺组织进行转录组测序。每个发育阶段的每个组别均设置三份生物学重复。
