Regulatory changes associated with the head to trunk developmental transition [RNA-seq]

To investigate the mechanisms involved in the switch from head to trunk development, we compared the transcriptome profile from the posterior epiblast region of wild type mouse embryos at embryonic day (E)7.5 and E8.5.
