It is a highly desired species because it can be used as medicine. Natural populations of the species have declined over the years due to overexploitation. Assessment of genetic diversity and population structure of G. kola is vital for its management and conservation. The present study investigated the genetic diversity and population structure of G. kola populations in Benin using ultra-high- throughput diversity array technology DArT Single Nucleotide Polymorphism markers.基于DArT-Seq技术的贝宁境内柯拉树（Garcinia kola，Heckel）全基因组遗传多样性与种群结构。柯拉树（Garcinia kola）是西非与中非本土的多用途乔木，因其药用价值而备受青睐。多年来，因过度开发，该物种的自然种群数量持续缩减。对柯拉树的遗传多样性与种群结构进行评估，对其资源管理与保护工作至关重要。本研究采用超高通量多样性阵列技术（Diversity Array Technology，DArT）单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）标记，对贝宁境内柯拉树种群的遗传多样性与种群结构展开了研究。
