Turbidity, SOLAR RADIATION - ATMOSPHERIC and other data from ISLAS ORCADAS in the North Atlantic Ocean from 1976-11-03 to 1976-12-18 (NCEI Accession 8100429)

This entry contains bottle cast data, collected by ISLAS ORCADAS SHIP (cruise 11) between November 3, 1976 to December 18, 1976, in the North Atlantic Ocean. This data are in CTD-78 format (binary) and included in the documentation is a description of the format used. The data was supplied by Dr. A. Gordon of Lamont Doherty Earth Geological Observatory, Palisades, NY.

Data was submitted on tapes D00681 and W12629. On September 27, 2004 the data was not available on line. So it is diffcicult to say if these tapes have been converted to current NODC data storage format.
