Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae isolates from small ruminants in France

This stuidy was done with two aims :- positionning of french strains using whole genome SNP phylogeny in comparison with genomes available in databases- confirmation of a clustering of isolates depending on the animal host species

本研究旨在达成两大目标：其一，采用全基因组单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）系统发育分析方法，对法国菌株进行定位，并与数据库中已公开的基因组进行比对；其二，验证分离株是否依据宿主动物物种形成聚类。
