Additional file 2: Dataset S1. Genes responsible for EPS biosynthesis or involved in biofilm formation according to Model Seed categories used for targeted investigation through Hidden Markov Models. List of KEGG code, reaction and name of genes searched, combined with the number of copies found in each genome. “*” refers to results retrieved by EggNOG annotation alone, “^” refer to results obtained through HMM search and no annotation refers to results retrieved by RAST.
