本数据集基于阿尔茨海默病动物模型（前脑特异性PSEN双敲除小鼠）的基因芯片数据，分析与双相情感障碍、精神分裂症和重度抑郁症相关的基因表达变化。筛选出1207个符合条件的基因，这些基因基于精神基因组学联盟确定的14个基因本体论术语，旨在揭示阿尔茨海默病基因缺失对神经精神障碍相关基因的影响。

This dataset is based on microarray data from an Alzheimer's disease animal model, specifically forebrain-specific PSEN double knockout mice, to analyze gene expression changes associated with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depressive disorder. A total of 1207 eligible genes were screened out, which are annotated with 14 Gene Ontology (GO) terms curated by the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium. The purpose of this dataset is to uncover the effect of Alzheimer's disease-related gene ablation (i.e., forebrain-specific PSEN double knockout) on genes linked to neuropsychiatric disorders.
