Monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MoDCs) were obtained from two controls and two Down syndrome patients. A microarray-based transcriptomic analysis was performed on the Clariom D Assay, Human platform (ThermoFisher Scientific). Comparative analysis of differentially expressed genes for LPS stimulate between two control samples and two samples from patients with Down syndrome.

单核细胞衍生树突状细胞(Monocyte-derived dendritic cells, MoDCs)从2名健康对照个体与2名唐氏综合征(Down syndrome)患者体内分离获得。本研究采用赛默飞世尔科技(ThermoFisher Scientific)的人类Clariom D检测平台(Clariom D Assay, Human platform)开展基于微阵列的转录组学分析,针对经脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)刺激的样本,对2份健康对照样本与2份唐氏综合征患者样本的差异表达基因进行比较分析。
