采用夹捕、笼捕和陷阱法调查非飞行小型兽类多样性与垂直分布格局。采用红外相机调查法获取地栖大中型野生动物的出现数据。小型兽类调查完成5个海拔带,累计采集日数达2776个,采集标本439号,组织样品878份;红外相机调查沿海拔梯度(1050-3960m)布设红外相机60台,拟于2019年5月回收数据。小型兽类数据包含物种、多度、体重等性状数据、环境梯度数据等,可为理解环境梯度-物种多度-物种性状间的关联及垂直梯度哺乳动物群落构建的生态过程提供数据支撑。红外相机数据主要收集珍稀濒危野生动物的出现数据,可补充区域生物多样性本底,同时为生物多样性热点区及保护关键区识别提供科学依据。
Non-volant small mammal diversity and vertical distribution patterns were surveyed using snap traps, live cage traps, and pitfall traps. Occurrence data of terrestrial medium and large-sized wildlife were collected via infrared camera trapping. For small mammal surveys, five elevation zones were covered, with a total of 2776 sampling days, 439 voucher specimens, and 878 tissue samples collected. For the infrared camera survey, 60 camera traps were deployed along an elevation gradient ranging from 1050 m to 3960 m, and data collection is scheduled to be completed in May 2019. The small mammal dataset includes trait data such as species identity, abundance, and body weight, as well as environmental gradient data, which can provide data support for understanding the associations among environmental gradients, species abundance, and species traits, as well as the ecological processes governing mammalian community assembly along elevational gradients. The infrared camera trapping dataset mainly collects occurrence data of rare and endangered wildlife, which can supplement the regional biodiversity baseline and provide scientific evidence for identifying biodiversity hotspots and key conservation areas.
