This work introduces the Bio-Architectural Threshold of Ethics (BTE), a theoretical framework that conceptualizes moral behavior as the outcome of critical structural thresholds in the brain. It proposes that ethical capacity arises when specific neural architectures, particularly those related to empathy and inhibitory control, reach a threshold of development supported by targeted bio-nutritional factors such as blood flow. The model is presented through a geometric metaphor and connects biological plasticity to the emergence of moral cognition across species. To protect intellectual property, mathematical formulations and quantitative parameters are omitted from this version.
