This dataset is designed to facilitate the development of novel tumor immunotherapy approaches and establish a safe, stable and highly efficient nanoscale delivery system, with relevant assessment indicators incorporated. Its main data entries cover original characterization data obtained from multiple techniques and experiments, including flow cytometry, IVIS small animal in vivo imaging, scanning/transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering nanoparticle size analyzer, laser confocal microscopy, immunohistochemical staining, and animal experiments. All data are fully shared in the form of documents and illustrations, with a total size of 138 MB.
