2PE-ISM images of neurite structures in mouse brain (2)

2PE-ISM images of mouse brain that is expressing YFP in neurons. The sample was produced with Thy1-EYFP-H transgenic mice, and cleared with LUCID. After clearing the sample was further treated with RapidClear. The images are from different penetration depths, between 200 um and 500 um. For dataset 20191218_181112_641 there is also an image acquired with a non-descanned photomultiplier, for comparison.

本数据集包含采用Thy1-EYFP-H转基因小鼠制备的、表达神经元黄色荧光蛋白（Yellow Fluorescent Protein，YFP）的小鼠大脑的2PE-ISM成像图。该样本先经LUCID进行组织透明化处理，随后使用RapidClear完成后续处理。本次成像的穿透深度覆盖200微米至500微米的范围。针对数据集20191218_181112_641，还附加了一组通过非脱扫光电倍增管（non-descanned photomultiplier）采集的图像，用于对照比较。
