This dataset is derived from the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment data of renowned TCM physicians treating the specialized hyperinsulinemia condition at Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2025. It strictly complies with the "One TCM Prescription One-stop Service" standards of Zhejiang Province, covering basic patient information including age, gender, height, weight, and first consultation time, as well as detailed medical records such as chief complaint, present medical history, diagnosis, syndrome type, and TCM prescriptions. All data have undergone anonymization processing including generalization and desensitization, and have been subjected to professional evaluations to ensure that individual identities cannot be identified, thus comprehensively protecting patient privacy. On the basis of compliance and data security, this dataset provides high-quality data support for TCM clinical research and industrialization applications.
