The project is targetting the whole genome of radish based on NGS sequencing strategy. The goal is construction of a reference genome sequence of Korean cultivar, WK10039.

本项目基于下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）技术策略，针对萝卜全基因组展开研究，其研究目标为构建韩国栽培品种WK10039的参考基因组序列。
