Targeting BRD4 Ameliorates Experimental Emphysema Via Suppressing both M1 and M2 alveolar macrophage polarization-1

The goal is to find out the transcriptomes change of M1 alveolar macrophages after treatment of BET inhibitors and degraders. Alveolar macrophages were extracted from c57 mice and induced to M1 macrophages using LPS/IFN-y.
