Comprehensive Plan Overlay

Overlay to accompany the comprehensive plan (COMPLAN) layer. Shows areas representing: Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area, industrial reserve, mining lands, and others. Overlays may limit or allow specific uses in addition to the comprehensive plan designations.
