THE ROLE OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the role and importance of strategic management in increasing the competitiveness of higher education institutions. During the study, the theoretical foundations of strategic management, the features of its application in the higher education system, and its impact on the quality of education, research activities, and international cooperation were studied. Also, the possibilities of ensuring the sustainable development of universities and increasing their competitiveness in the global educational space through the effective implementation of strategic management are substantiated. The article develops practical proposals and recommendations based on the analysis of advanced foreign experiences and modern approaches.本文分析了战略管理（Strategic Management）在提升高等教育机构竞争力中的作用与重要性。本研究梳理了战略管理的理论基础、其在高等教育体系中的应用特征，以及其对教育质量、科研活动与国际合作的影响。同时，本文论证了通过有效落实战略管理，可实现高等院校的可持续发展，并提升其在全球教育空间中的竞争力。本文基于对国外先进实践经验与现代管理范式的分析，提出了切实可行的实践建议与优化方案。
