A complete and circularized genome sequence of the phototrophic alphaproteobacterium Rhodovastum atsumiense strain G2-11 was obtained from a pure culture with a combination of Illumina and Oxford nanopore technology.本研究采用Illumina与牛津纳米孔（Oxford Nanopore）测序技术联用策略，从纯培养物中获得了光合α-变形菌（phototrophic alphaproteobacterium）Rhodovastum atsumiense菌株G2-11的完整环状基因组序列。
