Oceanus: Trevi Fountain

The name of the Latin fountain derives from the Latin word Trivium (intersection of three streets). The statue is located right in the center of De 'Crocicchi Street, Poli Street and Delle Muratte Street. The Baroque style fountain was completed in 1762 after years of planing and various projects made by different artists and architects.This sculpture Oceanus, is situated at the very centre of the whole composition.这座拉丁喷泉的名称源自拉丁语词汇Trivium（三条街道的交汇处）。该喷泉坐落于德·克罗奇基街（De'Crocicchi Street）、波利街（Poli Street）与穆拉特街（Delle Muratte Street）的正交叉口中心。这座巴洛克风格喷泉历经多年规划，汇集了多位艺术家与建筑师的多套设计方案，最终于1762年竣工。作为整个景观核心雕塑的俄刻阿诺斯（Oceanus），坐落于整体构图的正中央。
