Transcriptome of Phomopsis liquidambaris

De novo transcriptome assembly of Phomopsis liquidambaris, this is the first study of Phomopsis sp. using RNA-seq technology to obtain whole transcriptome information.本研究针对枫香拟茎点霉（Phomopsis liquidambaris）开展从头转录组组装，为首次利用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术获取拟茎点霉属（Phomopsis sp.）物种完整转录组信息的相关研究。
