Fifteen transcriptomes of Sinonovacula constricta infected by Vibrio parahaemolyticus

The study consisted of five experimental groups: the NC group, VP12h group, VP48h group, 2_DG12h group and 2_DG24h group. In NC group, PBS was injected without infection. VP12h group: PBS was injected and infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus for 12h; VP48h group: PBS was injected and infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus for 48 hours; 2_DG12h group: Glucose inhibitor 2-DG solution was injected and infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus for 12h; 2_DG24h group: 2-DG was injected and infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus for 24h. There were three biological replicates in each group, for a total of 15 groups.

本研究共设置5个实验组，分别为NC组、VP12h组、VP48h组、2_DG12h组及2_DG24h组。NC组仅注射磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS），不进行感染处理；VP12h组为注射PBS并感染副溶血性弧菌（Vibrio parahaemolyticus）12小时的组别；VP48h组为注射PBS并感染副溶血性弧菌48小时的组别；2_DG12h组为注射葡萄糖抑制剂2-脱氧葡萄糖（2-DG）溶液并感染副溶血性弧菌12小时的组别；2_DG24h组为注射2-DG并感染副溶血性弧菌24小时的组别。每组设置3次生物学重复，总计15个实验样本。
