Transcriptional profiling of human colorectal cancer tissues comparing control from histologically normal tissue samples adjacent to the tumors. High throughput bioluminescence imaging, and PET were performed. The overall goal was to determine the differential expression of lncRNA and mRNA between tumor and match normal samples. Two-condition experiment, Tumor vs. Normal Control. Biological replicates: 9 normal tissue control replicates, 9 colorectal tumor samples. Please note that the experiments were performed technically as dual channel (eg, Cy3 and Cy5-labeled samples hybridized to the same array) but processed as single channel. Thus each raw data file contains raw data for both tumor [C] and normal tissue [N] samples, and is linked to the corresponding tumor tissue sample records.
