Figure 1: Fasta file

FASTA file containing CD4 CDS protein coding sequences from primates closely related to Homo Sapiens who are affected by HIV-1/SIV. This file contains 11 aligned cds protein coding sequences, found through NCBI and Ensembl BLAST. This file was then used for many other bioinformatic analysis applications further in our project.

本FASTA文件包含与智人亲缘关系密切且可被HIV-1/SIV感染的灵长类动物的CD4基因CDS蛋白质编码序列。该文件包含11条经比对的CDS蛋白质编码序列，相关序列通过NCBI与Ensembl的BLAST工具检索得到。后续本项目中，该文件被用于多项其他生物信息学分析应用。
