FASTA file containing CD4 CDS protein coding sequences from primates closely related to Homo Sapiens who are affected by HIV-1/SIV. This file contains 11 aligned cds protein coding sequences, found through NCBI and Ensembl BLAST. This file was then used for many other bioinformatic analysis applications further in our project.本FASTA文件包含与智人亲缘关系密切且可被HIV-1/SIV感染的灵长类动物的CD4基因CDS蛋白质编码序列。该文件包含11条经比对的CDS蛋白质编码序列，相关序列通过NCBI与Ensembl的BLAST工具检索得到。后续本项目中，该文件被用于多项其他生物信息学分析应用。
