The files are in hdf5 format. Refer to https://smileipic.github.io/Smilei/post-processing.html for information on how to post-process the data. Fields0.h5 contain information on electromagnetic fields, and current and charge densities. ParticleBinning0.h5 contain information on ion distribution in (x,px,pz) space. ParticleBinning1-6.h5 contain information on elements of the ion pressure tensor, (Txx,Tyy,Tzz,Txy,Tyz,Yzx).
