Sclerotinia sclerotiorum isolate CU8.24 was used to inoculate Brassica napus cultivar AV Garnet leaves using the mycelial matt inoculation technique described in Seifbarghi et al. (2017) (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28356071/). There are 3 replicate in vitro samples, 2 replicate 12 hours post-inoculation samples, and 3 replicate 24 hours post-inoculation samples. The goal was to understand how S. sclerotiorum small RNAs are regulated during infection of B. napus.
