Measured Area, “Integrated density”, corrected total compartment fluorescence (CTCF) and Foci/Cytosol ratio (foc/cyt ratio) of tracked guk-7-GFP foci and cytosol in heat shocked cells during recovery at 30°C. The CTCF is normalized against background measurements made on each image frame. Each tab shows measurements from 5–8 cells from either WT, ssa1Δ ssa2Δ or ssa1Δ ssa2Δ PGPDSSA4 strains. 本数据集记录了热激细胞在30℃复苏阶段中，被追踪的guk-7-GFP标记焦点及胞质的测量区域、积分密度、校正后总区室荧光强度（corrected total compartment fluorescence，CTCF）以及焦点/胞质比值（foc/cyt ratio）。其中CTCF以每张图像帧的背景测量值进行归一化处理。每个工作表均包含来自野生型（Wild Type，WT）、ssa1Δ ssa2Δ或ssa1Δ ssa2Δ PGPDSSA4菌株的5~8个细胞的测量数据。本数据集关联图3E。（XLSX格式）
