Study subjects were screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria detailed in Materials and Methods. Subjects were selected with either skin phototype V or VI because, at 1064 nm, levels of laser power and exposure time that proved to be non-painful and non-damaging in subjects with the darkest skin types would be predicted to be non-painful and non-damaging for all other skin types.本研究的受试者均按照《材料与方法》中详述的纳入排除标准完成筛选。研究选取皮肤光型（skin phototype）V型或VI型的受试者，原因在于：当激光波长为1064 nm时，针对最深肤色受试者验证为无痛且无损伤的激光功率参数与曝光时长，理论上对所有其他肤色类型的受试者均可实现无痛且无损伤的效果。
