1、项目引进了木塑复合材挤出成型与材性评价等有关技术资料,聘请了美国专家进行学术交流,派遣2名研究人员赴美国和加拿大进行技术培训,开展合作研究。在消化吸收引进技术资料与交流合作的基础上,课题组自行设计并委托国内工厂加工木塑复合材专用实验设备。2、经过对木塑复合加工设备的研制与工艺的研究,建成了30mm 双螺杆/45mm 单螺杆木塑复合材挤出成型机组,生产能力达到吨/年 同时配备了原料制备、高速混合机、万能力学试验机、组合冲击试验机、旋转流变仪、QUV 加速老化仪等配套设备和先进的分析检测仪器。3、建立了木塑复合材一步法连续挤出成型工艺技术,该工艺具有能够降低物料热分解、加工能耗低,因而产品质量好、成本低的优点。4、确定了挤出成型木塑复合材适宜的木/塑比例,其中聚烯经木塑复合材中木纤维(粉)的用量可达到60%以上,形成了分别以HDPE 、pp 、PS 及其共混物为塑料组分的4 种木塑复合材料基础配方。建立的木材与混合废旧塑料的挤出复合技术,为解决废旧塑料的有效回收利用提供了新的技术方法。

1. The project introduced relevant technical documents covering wood-plastic composite (WPC) extrusion molding and material property evaluation, invited American experts for academic exchanges, and dispatched 2 researchers to the United States and Canada for technical training and collaborative research. Based on the digestion and absorption of the introduced technical materials as well as the exchange and cooperation activities, the research team independently designed and commissioned domestic factories to produce specialized experimental equipment for wood-plastic composites. 2. Following the development of WPC processing equipment and process research, a 30mm twin-screw / 45mm single-screw wood-plastic composite extrusion molding unit was constructed, with an annual production capacity of tons per year. Supporting equipment and advanced analytical and testing instruments were also configured, including raw material preparation systems, high-speed mixers, universal mechanical testing machines, combined impact testing machines, rotational rheometers, and QUV accelerated aging testers. 3. A one-step continuous extrusion molding technology for wood-plastic composites was established. This technology can reduce the thermal decomposition of materials and lower processing energy consumption, thereby delivering products with excellent quality and low cost. 4. The optimal wood/plastic ratio for extruded wood-plastic composites was confirmed, wherein the dosage of wood fibers (powders) in polyolefin-based WPCs can exceed 60%. Four basic formulations of wood-plastic composites were developed, using high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and their blends as the plastic matrix respectively. The established extrusion composite technology of wood and mixed waste plastics provides a novel technical solution for the effective recycling and utilization of waste plastics.
