Picoeukaryotic diversity in the northwestern Pacific

Using high-throughput sequencing targeting the V9 region of 18S rDNA and rRNA, we investigated the community of picoeukaryotes and active organisms with a total of 16 samples collected in the northwestern Pacific in 2015.本研究采用靶向18S核糖体DNA（18S rDNA）与18S核糖体RNA（18S rRNA）V9区的高通量测序技术，对2015年于西北太平洋采集的共计16份样本中的微微型真核生物与活性生物群落进行了调查分析。
