Hydrogeochemical Analysis of Water and Sediment from the Romanian Danube (May, 2021) – PN 19 20 02 04, National Project

The dataset comprises hydrogeochemical data from the Romanian section of the Danube River. The data were collected on board the R/V ISTROS during a research cruise conducted between May 5 and May 21, 2021, as part of the national project “Development of an Integrated Management Framework for Pilot Areas in the Romanian Sector of the Danube River, Influenced by Climate Change and Anthropogenic Interventions, through the Application of Advanced Investigation Methodologies (Geophysical, Remote Sensing, Sedimentological, Morphological, Biological)” (PN 19.20.02.04). Seventy-eight water sampling stations, distributed across four sectors of the Danube (Corabia, Bechet, Pisculet-Desa, Golenti-Cetate), were used to investigate water by the GeoEcoMar team. Additionally, 78 sediment samples were collected from the same sectors using Van Veen grabs and analysed at the GeoEcoMar laboratory. The dataset aims to support the assessment of sediment and surface water quality and to facilitate ecological evaluations in comparison with national and international standards.本数据集收录多瑙河罗马尼亚段的水文地球化学数据。相关数据采集工作于2021年5月5日至5月21日期间，在"ISTROS号"科考船（R/V ISTROS）执行的科考航次中完成，隶属于国家级项目"通过应用先进调查方法（地球物理、遥感、沉积学、地貌学、生物学）构建受气候变化与人为干预影响的多瑙河罗马尼亚段试点区域综合管理框架"（项目编号PN 19.20.02.04）。 GeoEcoMar团队依托分布于多瑙河四个区段（科拉比亚、贝切特、皮斯库莱茨-德萨、戈伦蒂-切塔泰）的78个水质采样站位开展水体调查。 此外，团队使用范维恩采泥器（Van Veen grabs）在上述相同区段采集了78件沉积物样品，并在GeoEcoMar实验室完成分析工作。本数据集旨在支撑沉积物与地表水质量评估，并便于结合国内外相关标准开展生态评价。
