We perform RNA-seq on 28 analog sensitive kinase alleles across 12 different conditions. We use this to determine condition specific kinase function on the transcriptional response. Overall design: 392 yeast RNA-seq samples, 29 Strains, in 12 different conditions 28r was sequenced twice. The first time the sequencing quality was low so that library has been excluded. Of the 391 samples, there are a subset of samples that did not include a kinase inhibitor, and are useful only for controlling for strain, and condition effects. These are samples [0-9]*yc, [0-9]*c, and [0-9]*k. These have been excluded from the matrices as after quality control, they were removed from downstream analysis (which includes many matrix operations).
