Surface sampling capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry

An example RAW file obtained from surface sampling capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry (SS-CE-MS) analysis of rat brain tissue is provided. Additionally, the mzmine file containing the peak lists for MZmine 2 analysis for the provided raw file is included. If readers are interested only in the detected features, CSV peaks lists are included for the deisotoped molecular features and pseudo spectra peaks from CAMERA screening.
