Time-series expression profile analysis of post-traumatic joint contracture in rats

Twelve rats were used for establishment of post-traumatic joint contracture and were divided into 4 groups according to the sampling time: S0d, S3d, S7d and S2w. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on samples in four groups followed by bioinformatics analyses.

本研究选取12只大鼠用于创伤后关节挛缩模型的构建，并按照采样时间分为S0d、S3d、S7d及S2w共4组。随后对四组样本开展转录组测序（Transcriptome sequencing）及生物信息学分析。
