Proportion of the establishment's permanent full-time equivalent workers that are permanent workers. Permanent full-time equivalent workers account for full-time permanent, full-time temporary workers (adjusted by the duration of their employment), and part-time permanent workers (adjusted by the duration of their employment), including only services establishments本统计指标为经营单位（establishment）的长期全时当量用工人员中，长期用工人员所占的比例。其中，长期全时当量用工人员由全职长期用工、经就业时长调整后的全职临时用工，以及经就业时长调整后的兼职长期用工构成；且本次统计仅覆盖服务业经营单位（services establishments）。
