Microsatellite-enriched library of Silurus biwaensis was sequenced. After the shotgun library preparation for next generation sequencing, we captured microsatellite-containing DNA fragments directly from the shotgun libraries using the commercially available kit.本研究对琵琶湖鲇（Silurus biwaensis）的微卫星富集文库（microsatellite-enriched library）开展了测序工作。在完成用于下一代测序（next generation sequencing）的鸟枪文库（shotgun library）构建后，我们借助商业化试剂盒（commercially available kit）直接从鸟枪文库中捕获含微卫星的DNA片段。
