Transcriptome sequencing of a rice lesion-mimic mutant, spotted leaf 33 (spl33). RNA-seq of spl33

This study identified a new rice lesion-mimic mutant, spotted leaf 33 (spl33). Mutant spl33 and WT plants were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 Genome Analyzer.本研究鉴定出一个全新的水稻类病斑突变体：斑点叶33（spotted leaf 33，spl33）。本研究利用Illumina HiSeq 2000基因组分析仪对spl33突变体与野生型（Wild Type，WT）植株进行了测序。
