Genome-wide DNA methylation map reveals widespread epigenetic variation in healthy individuals (RRBS). Homo sapiens

Using neutrophils from a cohort of normal individuals, we generated base-resolution DNA methylation maps to document inter-individual epigenetic variation. Overall design: Here we generated single-nucleotide resolution DNA methylation maps from neutrophils isolated from a cohort of healthy individuals, using Reduced Representation Bisulphite Sequencing (RRBS).

本研究利用健康个体队列的中性粒细胞（neutrophils），构建碱基分辨率的DNA甲基化图谱，以记录个体间的表观遗传变异。实验整体设计：本研究采用简化代表性亚硫酸氢盐测序（Reduced Representation Bisulphite Sequencing, RRBS）技术，从健康个体队列分离的中性粒细胞中构建了单核苷酸分辨率的DNA甲基化图谱。
