To understand the molecular mechanism underlying inflammatory reaction in vascular system post exposure to ionizing radiation, we carried out microarray analysis in HUVEC exposed with X-ray Overall design: HUVEC were irradiated with X-ray (2.5 Gy) and then cultured for 6, 12, and 24 hr. Total RNA were extracted from the tissue by QIAGEN Rneasy mini kit.

为解析血管系统暴露于电离辐射后炎症反应的分子机制,本研究对经X射线照射的人脐静脉内皮细胞(Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells,HUVEC)开展了基因芯片(microarray)分析。实验整体设计如下:将人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)以2.5戈瑞(Gy)剂量的X射线进行照射,随后分别培养6小时、12小时及24小时。采用QIAGEN RNeasy Mini试剂盒从细胞样本中提取总RNA。
