Analysis of laboratory-adapted strains derived from Bacillus subtilis strain 3610

We conducted a 60 day, LB broth batch culture experiment to adapt "wildtype" Bacillus subtilis 3610 to the laboratory environment. We isolated lab-adapted strains to identify specific changes that occured during laboratory adaptation and sequenced their genomes.

本研究开展了为期60天的LB液体培养基分批培养实验，以将野生型（wildtype）枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）3610驯化至实验室环境。我们分离得到实验室驯化菌株，以鉴定实验室驯化过程中发生的特异性变化，并对这些菌株的基因组进行了测序。
