Cystatin M/E prevents osteolytic bone disease by inhibiting cathepsin-dependent stages of osteoclastogenesis

To further determine how CST6 regulates osteoclast differentiation. Overall design: RNA sequencing were performed on in vitro osteoclastogenesis on control macrophages (without RANKL sitimulation), RANKL treatment for 48h, RANKL plus CST6 treatment for 48h.为进一步阐明胱抑素6（CST6）调控破骨细胞分化的具体机制。实验整体设计：对体外诱导破骨细胞生成过程的样本开展RNA测序，样本分为三组：对照组巨噬细胞（未施加核因子κB受体活化因子配体（RANKL）刺激）、经RANKL处理48小时的细胞、经RANKL联合CST6处理48小时的细胞。
